test,Beth Felsen is a Hamptons real estate advisor known for her thoughtful, design-driven approach and deep appreciation for quality, craftsmanship, and a strong sense of place. Serving clients from Southampton to Montauk, with a focus on Amagansett and East Hampton, Beth brings a highly personalized, relationship-based philosophy to every transaction. She joined The Agency Hamptons in January 2026.
Licensed in real estate since 2018, Beth is recognized for her integrity, discretion, and meticulous attention to detail. She is deeply committed to helping clients find the right property—whether purchasing, renting, or securing an off-market opportunity—and is known for advocating tirelessly on their behalf. Beth has cultivated long-standing relationships with top attorneys, architects, designers, contractors, and property managers, ensuring a seamless and well-managed experience from initial search through closing and beyond.
Beth’s extensive background in home, design, and retail uniquely informs her real estate practice. Originally from Minneapolis, she studied Economics and Business Administration at the University of Colorado Boulder before beginning her career as a buyer for Williams Sonoma in San Francisco. She later relocated to New York City, where she worked with influential home and lifestyle brands including West Elm during its early growth phase, Burch Creative Capital—where she helped launch C. Wonder and led the home division—and Serena & Lily, where she developed the designer and trade business and helped launch retail locations, including the brand’s first Hamptons store.
Beth later joined Viyet, an online marketplace for high-end designer furnishings acquired by Sotheby’s, where she expanded the business into the design trade, showrooms, manufacturers, and major design markets nationwide. This experience gives her a deep understanding of architecture, materials, renovation, and how thoughtfully designed homes are built, lived in, and valued over time.
Outside of real estate, Beth enjoys travel, yoga, hiking, running, and spending time outdoors. She is passionate about health, wellness, and mindfulness, and lives in Amagansett with her Wheaten Terrier, Oliver.
